Getting Started
Your email address and password power your Flexible Workspace experience, including floor access, meeting rooms and printing. If you haven’t yet created a login for the Brookfield Properties’ Flexible Workspace Portal (workspace.brookfieldproperties.com), please follow the instructions here.
Access & Visitors
Floor Access: You can access this office 24/7 with your building ID, however, please note the floor is only staffed during business hours (8am to 6pm, Monday - Friday).
Visitor Access: Guests must be registered with building security prior to their arrival. You may do this via Visitor Management in the Flexible Workspace Portal.
Contacts & Support
Workspace Support: Your Workplace team is here to ensure your day runs smoothly and are always your first point of contact for any questions or concerns. We encourage you to submit a ticket via the Workspace Portal for all requests so they can be prioritized and managed accordingly.
Technical Support: Please submit all technical support requests through the Flexible Workspace Portal.
Emergency Contacts: Call 24/7 building security. Always call 911 with an emergency.
Tools & Knowledge Base
Your space is powered by the most current technologies, all integrated behind the scenes in the Flexible Workspace Portal. See a full list of tools below. How-to-Guides and FAQs for each tool and general office questions can be found in the Knowledge Base.
Flexible Workspace Portal: www.workspace.brookfieldproperties.com is your home-base for accessing all the tools you need for the floor – from registering guests, requesting support, booking conference rooms or finding more information. If you ever lose access or need to reset your password, go to the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Conference Room Booking: Yarooms is used to book conference rooms. This includes conference rooms and the Respite. Book a room from the Flexible Workspace Portal or mobile app. Find more information here.
Call and Video Conferencing: Host conference calls (video is always optional) with Zoom. Schedule directly from your Flexible Workspace Portal. Outlook and Google calendar add-on options if permitted by tenant’s IT team. Find more information here.
Visitor Management: All guests must be pre-registered in the portal for entry to your floor. For safety, building security will not grant access without preregistration. Find more information here.
Floor Notifications: You’ll receive an email when a guest or package arrives to the floor. Guests will also receive unique WiFi credentials upon sign-in at reception. Find more information about packages here.
Printing: Secure, cloud-based printing is powered by Pharos and easy to use. Release documents at the printer via badge scan or email and password. Find more information here.
